The data will be processed by computer and on paper or any other suitable support, in compliance with the appropriate security measures according to the GDPR.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
The processing of your data, collected and stored in connection with the completion of this form, has as its legal basis the fulfilment of a legal obligation and is carried out for the following purpose: information request.

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
As pertinent to the processing purposes indicated, your data may be communicated to parties appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller (the list of such parties may be requested from the Data Controller). Your data will not be disclosed in any way.

TRANSFER OF YOUR DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
There are currently no plans to transfer your data to a third country. Should a transfer occur, it will be carried out in compliance with the applicable legal provisions and subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission and possible communication to the data subjects.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Collected data will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the fulfilment of the purpose for which they are processed (‘principle of limitation of storage’, Art. 5, GDPR) or by the deadlines provided for by the law.

DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS
A data subject shall always have the right to request from the Controller access to their data, rectification or erasure of data, restriction of processing or the possibility to object to processing, to request data portability by simply notifying the Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

COMPULSORY NATURE OF THE CONFERRAL
In order to be able to provide the requested service, it is necessary to provide your data; failure to do so will result in the requested service not being provided.
